Think about how all the wonderful things you love about your spouse. Think of all the wonderful qualities that you admire and that attracted you to them when you first met.
Now take a about 5 minutes and write them down.

Reading that book has made me realize some things, most of them not very good! I have thought for many years that my husband and I need counseling. I just hope I have the courage to talk to him about it.
